Asking Questions

Entering SAA may be a daunting experience.  Out in the world in the midst of our addiction, we suffered alone; in recovery, we heal together.  Having lots of questions is to be expected of a new member in SAA.  In fact, it is an indication of an open mind.  There is no such thing as an unimportant or stupid question.  Asking questions is a form of reaching out and helps to build connections with others.  The questions asked by newcomers give members the opportunity to be reminded of the fundamentals of SAA.  Your questions provide an opportunity for others to be of service.
